Reviews and Ratings <br />
This resort spa is set in a beautiful location surrounded by lush tea gardens and hills, offering a tranquil escape. The rooms are spacious and beautifully done up, although I found it a bit cold. The service was outstanding, with staff like Bikram, Gorango, and Kapil going above and beyond. While the overall experience was nice, I did feel that the amenities could have been improved to match the luxurious setting.
My stay at this resort spa was quite enjoyable overall. The atmosphere was tranquil, nestled in the hills surrounded by stunning tea gardens. While the rooms were beautifully done up, they were quite cold during my stay, which made it less than ideal. The service was excellent, with staff like Bikram, Gorango, and Kapil really going above and beyond. Yet, the dining aspect left a bit to be desired as the breakfast choices could have been more varied.
I stayed at this resort spa and found it to be a tranquil escape in the hills, surrounded by beautiful tea gardens. The rooms were spacious, but they could have been a bit warmer during my stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially individuals like Bikram, Gorango, and Kapil. While the dining experience was enjoyable overall, it could have used more variety. Overall, I felt it offered good value for money, though the chilly rooms were a downside.
I absolutely loved my stay at this serene resort spa nestled in the hills among tea gardens. The rooms were beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect escape. The service was top-notch, especially from Bikram, Gorango, and Kapil, though I did find the breakfast options not quite extensive enough. Overall, it’s a great value for money, but not everything was perfect.
